New Parking Rates at SMT, SeaPark Garages Starting Jan. 1, 2025
New daily and monthly parking rates will take effect in the parking garages serving Seattle Municipal Tower (SMT) and SeaPark.
The new rates take effect Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025. City of Seattle employees and visitors parking in SMT and SeaPark garages will experience new rates as follows in the new year:
Employees enrolled in automatic paid parking plans will see the new rates automatically applied once in effect and no action is needed.
