NLBG Consulting at work.
NLBG Consulting LLC is a women-owned business established by Nanda Guajardo in 2012 to help create healthy and environmentally-sound communities for all.
SPU contracted with NLBG in 2021/2022 to develop and conduct a ‘self-haul’ survey at the City’s south transfer station and provide analysis and reporting on outcomes. As part of the contract, NLBG engaged three women and minority owned firms to also provide substantive services:
- The Vida Agency
- Eco-Logica LLC, and
- Radiant Consulting
The contract manager describes NLBG Consulting as organized, responsive and professional. NLBG Consulting completes deliverables on-time and on budget, and provides invaluable information that enables SPU to:
- Better understand and be responsive to customer needs, reducing the occurrence and/or need for self-hauling, and
- Improving the overall customer experience for self-haulers at the South Transfer station.
